- I'm sorry, I'm not available to do lines for videos anymore; I've gotten really busy :(

- I am NOT looking for animation or video help! I appreciate your kindness. I'm not in a place where I need to hire people, not even for free.

“My name is ilyssa, spelled I L Y S S A.” Captions: Alisa, take it or leave it.

Ilyssa is not hard or confusing to pronounce. The names people find difficult to pronounce never cease to amaze me.

As someone with a similar name problem whose name is 2 letters off of a regular name, but instead is a mangled version for the sake of uniqueness, I feel this on a spiritual level. Everything from intercoms to schools to coworkers to PACKAGES DELIEVERED got it wrong

Instead of “Anne With An ‘E’” we need “Ilyssa with an ‘I’”.

100% relatable. I've got a highly unique name too. About 95% of people hopelessly butcher it for the first attempt. I made a game out of it, cheering and congratulating those who get it right first try.

I will never understand how someone could see the name Ilyssa, and get Elijah. WHERE DID THE J COME FROM?
  • @hellcatz25
The truth is, Ilyssa isn’t a hard name to pronounce if you just hear it.

I love your name! Ilyssa is a beautiful name! Illy is a nice nickname too! I have a mispronounced name too. My name is pronounced like "Shay" but I get a lot of "shee-uh" or "Shay- uh" (a colorguard coach kept pronouncing my name this way for a whole freaking season)
