WOW! I wish my brother was alive to hear and see this, he was a true space person.
  • Stanley Kubrick was my favorite man to walk on the moon
  • the moon is slowly escaping earth's gravity, mining it would just accelerate its eventual orbital escape. earth losing its moon would probably end humanity
  • Ok, so we want to go to the moon to get to Mars. Why do we want to go to Mars?
  • @antenna69
a lot of minerals on the moon, the greener we go the rare earth metals we need, whoever controls it has the power
  • I can't thank you enough for unraveling the secrets of the universe through your videos. Your dedication to spreading knowledge is truly admirable.

Things you couldnt do in 1969: send video signal from the moon in real time; call the office of the president from the moon; land on the moon.

The moon unlocks a lot of secrets but we will still never be told about it.

There are laws on earth, but people don't always follow them. So why would the not claim land on the moon.
  • Why is so hard to go to the Moon today ...when it was a easy Hop in late 60's & to get back to earth in the Tin-Pot part of the rocket which took them there which looked like it was engined by fire crackers and wires! & noboby died on the moon or getting back from the moon! .50 years on now after the invention of mobile phones that does everything for us...electric cars etc... so agian Why is so hard to go to the Moon today!...as we should be having weekend parties there after 50 years lol
  • My question, why do they need a bigger rocket to go back.🚀 🤔

Are scientists not worried about potential impacts of mining the moon for its resources beyond the water for astronauts to survive? From the way I understand it the moon is part of the delicate equation that is life on Earth. So how many decades might it take of mining it to potentially shift the moons role in that equation?
  • "there are laws in space" like the law that says you can not pollute space.......... how's that going for the people of earth ?
  • @TeW33zy
No not back but going to the Moon for the first time.
  • Why does NASA keep building 'throwaway' rocket boosters? Seems like it would be much more efficient to build a rocket with a main booster stage that could be reused and not just reusable solid rocket boosters. NASA could take some lessons from Space X in that regard.
