Redback Spider Roundup RIP Teddy & Wingless Wasp Spring Equinox EDUCATIONAL VIDEO

On the Australian Spring Equinox in 2023 I do a Redback Spider roundup looking at all the spider lures in the garden for Redback Spiders. This time sadly Teddy is not around. He passed away in late March aged only 11 months old. Teddy is buried next to his Mum Little Cat. It was a really sad time after Teddy was gone, I didn't make a video for 6 months so this video is very much a catch up of multiple things.

We had a prowler at our home caught on camera. Dealing with the Police in relation to this was very interesting indeed. I did set up 2 new spider lures and had a lot of Dyson vacuum cleaners found in the Winter curbside cleanup. I also found a interesting Box Fan that's made in Japan, possibly classic late 70's era. But one of the most amazing finds was a Ozito 1500W EcoMow. This mains powered lawn mower is surprisingly powerful and can cut through the longest grass without hesitation.

I go into the review area to talk collectable toys, Barbie film Hot Wheels, Disney Pixar Cars Lightning McQueen, especially the Disney 100 collection. I show some curious Thomas The Tanks AEG style and also some Dark Side toys that I just purchased. I also explain how there is one last segment to the KMart 'stock reduction' videos and how after a long time the problems were being resolved.

We have had a fairly bad rat problem that developed over Winter. It had me having to use a second generation rat bait that claimed to kill in 3 to 5 days. This bait needs to be in bait stations and from what I could see on the Arlo security cameras this bait is very effective in pulling down a very established population of rodents.

I look carefully at the Citrus trees in the backyard and explain how treating them rough can be a very good way to bring out their best. And of course the flamethrower comes out to tidy up any Wasps and suspicious spider webs I find.

Bubble (Little Cats Kitten) does help along the way and in this video she is 1.5 years old.

    Sorry for your loss. I might be an American, but I’m also a cat person myself. I had one cat that had to be put down at age 7-9 years old or so due to a tumor in his abdomen. That hit me hard.

    Nice to see you back Leo! So sorry about Teddy, I remember when we lost our cat Pauly back in 2014 (I think). I'd love to see you return to doing videos focused on knock-off toys again, they were my absolute favorite type of videos done by you. But I understand that your unmotivated to do so because of how Youtube is geared these days. Just know Leo, I've watched your content for a very long time and I have, and will always support you. Your content helped shape me into the type of person I am today. Keep going Leo!
