Great video; insane that Atkins has a job and is at the helm for this trade deadline. Jesus.

JD mentions @ 19:30 how the playoffs are setup now, Blair has also mentioned it. Honestly at least this year and I wouldn't be suprised if it was the next couple years in the AL. You pretty much are going to need the same record or better you were going to need when there was only 2 WC teams. Prob need 90-72 or better, Sox as the 3rd WC are 11 games over .500 and we are only 93 games through the season. The AL has way more wins than the NL this year.

The jays roster is going to have more holes than swiss cheese. No idea how they think they will be competing next season. They will need 3/4 of a bullpen, 1 or 2 starters and multiple good hitters.

Dude, do you think Aktins would care at this point of the season, as he knows he is as good as gone. He is just pretending going to work everyday until he got the notice. And during this period before he get terminated, I don't think he will be very aggressive to get more workloads.

As long as the Toronto Atkins keep going I will continue watch Yankees and Boston games instead.

Bluejays system, philisophy, process has broken. Total top to bottom overhaul needed asap. Analytics, scouting, player evaluation , decision making for trades and FA , club house management, hitting dept are all failures. Successful only in hype and PR. Mark shapiro needs to be held accountable.
