    I noticed that in most airports they do have water, however in the airports in Europe I water to be non existent

    Sorry, but the number 17 has absolutely no special meaning in Brazil. Brazilian speaking. 13 is the one associated with bad luck, but we are not superstitious enough to let that renumber the rows of our planes.
