People born in 90s will also have a similar looking vaccine scar but that’s from the BCG vaccine, which is different. People born before will have two scars. I read this in my school textbook. Milkmaids were immune to smallpox since they already had cowpox (a lighter version of smallpox) which acted like a vaccine for smallpox.
