They shouldn't give such a dangerous place a delicious sounding name like that!

The Thermal explosion and Yellowstone Caldera are not the same thing. Just putting this here for people thinking its an sign of an eruption when its not. These happen all the time.

That is correct a shifting water table can do that' most likely that's what that is when water moves underground it collapses onto hot lava you get pressure, see no earthquakes on time records before eruptions, then that' is not tectonic movement...water moves the earth correct if you ever saw a landslide on a mountain or something mud slide yep' 8-12 lbs per gallon whatever it is.
  • I bet they all thought they were goners!! I can just feel the terror they felt at that moment. Sheer terror . I don't mean no disrespect, as it's not funny at all. I just know how I'd feel and yea. Definitely a heart stopper
  • They dont want to panick but the caldera is about to blow but hey this happens all the time yet this is the first we heard of it, really??

Ignore all the obvious, pay no attention that this happen on the biggest fool moon of the year. When the moon exerts the most pull on all earth liquids. Ignore the extreme heat this year, which built up an enormous pressure on top of that. Just go back to chewing your cod.

Oh yeah.... We've had cell cameras everywhere for over 15 years now and we see this all the time... Move along... Nothing to see here... 🥺 🌋
