  • My mom has it... devastating(( she still loves bread, pasta, sugar. I will try her on this diet, at least for a couple weeks.... she feels horrible and I have 1 y.o. twins and 3rd on the way. She has anxiety, weakness, etc. I owe her to try itšŸ˜¢

    Thank you! 57 yr. old recently diagnosed with tremor dominant Parkinsons. Fortunately, non dominant arm. I'm going to try this along with fasting which really jacks up the ketones. I've been using Metamucil before meals and taking probiotic every day which has been very beneficial for constipation. I've been researching anything I can to treat the cause, not just symptoms. I know the gut flora is very important as well.
