Sonic Frontiers The Movie - Full Game all Cutscenes

We really went from 2.5 hour games to 2.5 hours worth of cutscenes alone. That’s wild.

Sage reporting to Eggman about Sonic being beaten up, like a little girl telling her father about her day, is just adorable.

Eggman calling Sage his daughter and her sacrifice made it all the more saddening for me I cried so hard throughout this whole game The writers and hell EVERYONE on the team did a fantastic job Thank you for everything…

"be careful... dear daughter" and "please... look after... father" both hit my heart strings perfectly i love how eggmans character is in this game!

The fact that they went a different direction for Sonic's voice with it sounding deeper and mature is nice. But this game in general feels... better than any Sonic game we've gotten in years. The story takes itself seriously and their is an air of matureness that is perfectly handled. When games since Sonic Colors were never like this. As someone who liked past Amy, even though I know she was a pushy lovestruck character, it's nice to see her character mature and grow. Sonic actually engaging and talking with her is nice to see instead of him running away from her. But you can see some traces of what Amy was too, Amy's main trait was love, basically her love for Sonic, but here, she's matured, so that way she uses that love has matured. Anyways, if the next game in the series is a continuation, I would love to see a timeskip for sure to see how they all matured from going on separate journeys.

This might be the first Sonic game in a decade with honest to god good writing.

This game left me emotional. I admit, i felt sad to see Sonic's friends wanting to go to separate ways, i'm used with all of them going around together. But, if the writers made it that way, there's a reason. I'm still emotional, but this game really touched my heart. Thanks, Sega. 💙💙

Going for an older voice direction, a generally quieter tone (Eggman NOT yelling his greatness in his introductory scene? Insane!), with a plot that is legitimately a mystery. Is this what some of the comics are like? Because I like this change of pace in terms of the story.

Sonic frontier is a whole different roller coaster of emotion ,seeing eggman mourning after sage death is just phenomenal

The way Tails is talking about himself, sounds like we're gonna get a spin off game staring him, or at the least a mini comic series.

I actually love how the Ancients were reminiscent of Chaos. Does that mean they mutated from Chao as well and that's why the Koco are a bit Chao-like? And therefore implies Chao are aliens? (Chaos in the original Japanese version of the story was actually a mutated Chao, due to consuming too much chaos energy. That's why Chaos was always around Chao. They were Chaos's brethren/kin.)

The pure roller coaster of emotions I felt watching Sage's character evolve throughout the game is something I've never felt for a character before. The scene of her crying after talking about a family built on love made me want to give that poor girl a hug and the despair I felt when she sacrificed herself to destroy The End was the first time in a while I was genuinely upset about a character dying. And I can't even begin to describe the joy I felt in the post-credits scene where Eggman brought her back. Ian Flynn is a goddamn story writing genius and I personally can't wait to see where he takes the series.
