  • I tried the 10 belly slim down I'm 189 lbs my belly could use slimming after 5 days I thought I was going crazy almost feel in like giving up but I finished it 10 days and lost 7 lbs but that was not the best part , I started to notice my neck stopped hurting, my legs don't feel heavy I have energy that didn't have for years, thank you Dr Kelly ann
  • Thank you. None of my Polish relatives were out of shape in the 1950s: chicken soup, cabbage, and sometimes pierogis.
  • Eating window, or eating hours is called intermittent fasting (IF) with Ketogenics(low sugars/carbs) works awesome. It's natural eating and I lost 60 lbs.

    I work with a guy who's doing this diet. He has lost 40 pounds since March but he says he's hungry alot and he does a cheat day. So the not being hungry is not true

    I’m a 24 year old bodybuilder. I’m so sick of these misleading “fat burning” myths. The only factor in losing weight is eating less calories. If this doesn’t work for you, then you’re not properly tracking and eating at a calorie deficit. IF YOU DON’T LISTEN TO ANYTHING ELSE I SAY: PLEASSSE talk to a someone in real life who does bodybuilding for a living. Stop searching for answers online. Any bodybuilder will tell you to simply find your maintenance calories and eat at a deficit

    Ok, this bone broth concept is basically just a dumbed-down version of Chinese soup. Chinese soup is considered very important to health in the culture and many families drink it everyday at dinner. Make Chinese soup instead - tastes way better and more nutritious. Basically just add any veggies into the bone-broth (mid-way through the cooking process): eg. daikon, chinese cabbage, carrots, etc. If you want to sweeten the soup: add apples, carrots, dates. Nuts and goji berries are also used sometimes.
  • What did that second drink taste like? I would like to try it for myself to find out what it actually tastes like.
  • The broth did absolutely nothing for me... no increased energy, no better sleep pattern n was still hungry. Didn’t lose one pound...

  • Intermittent fasting for seven days starting with bone broth, then leading into fiber, continue with bone broth and finally a final meal for day!
  • Another quick fix..that is not sustainable. .Eat two meals a day and daily walks 🚶‍♂️ 🚶‍♂️ 🚶‍♀️this you can do for life.

    We should eat in moderation. Excessive eating and eating everything is our downfall. We don't need to be eating all day, this makes sense.
