I’m hearing he’s been told accept the athletico offer or don’t show up for first team training on Monday. PFA need to be doing the job they payed for

These guys have ZERO idea how Chelsea operates. Maresca took the job knowing he has NO say what so ever in personnel operations. He's a coach. Gallagher decision has nothing to do with Maresca, it is the owners and the directors - Winstanley and Stewart that are setting the policies and determining Gallagher needs to be sold. It's blatantly obvious. Pure profit slapped on Conor's head and he'll have no chance to "fight his way back in the team and change the managers mind". None.

how do these guys not understand that Connor is simply not good enough?
  • @abg6461
Dont get this at all, Gallagher has not been offered a good enough contract, he's been told to leave and not allowed to train with the rest of the team, Chelsea have already accepted offers from 2 different clubs! and yet these guys are expecting him to stay and prove himself? after all that humiliation? Wow!

It’s happens, happened with David Beckham, he was not even given a option. Connor has been given an option. Connor is an academy grad but he is where he is now because of Chelsea too. Stay or go do it in peace.

Chelsea was trying to sell Gallagher before Maresca came. He's not forcing him out. Stop spreading false information
  • When Chelsea lose ESPN's goes on a rant and when they win comfortably they say nothing at all😂😂
  • @izuaff04

Gallagher is a decent, hardworking player who is much better on the ball then people give him credit for. But this would be a total non-story if he weren’t English and not a Chelsea academy player. Bigger picture, Gallagher is not only a very replaceable player but a pure profit transfer for Chelsea as a homegrown player. Remove the sentimentality from the transfer and it makes very real sense.
  • Conor is not better than any Chelsea midfielder rn. Chelsea fans are just emotions about business. Conor is not the way forward in midfield for Chelsea. Lavia, caicedo, enzo, chukuemeka, and Santos are better than him technically. Let him go.

Gallagher plays for England and always will……doesn’t need a club 😎
  • Gallagher is just being stubborn, there's no chance for him is unfortunate but he has to leave
