I’m not exactly sure why Liverpool need Gordon. They already have Salah, Nunez, Gapko, Jota, and Díaz. Unless one of those players is getting shipped out before the end of the transfer deadline, Gordon appears redundant. Not to mention he would receive a lot more playing time at Newcastle. Reminds me of Mount to United last season. I never saw exactly where Mount fits in at United and I don't see where Gordon fits in at Liverpool.

Gordon plays on the left Stevie and not on Salah’s position!!!
  • @russellward4624
Theres no way nufc sell him for 10m more than they bought him for. Whats the point?
  • @louis-8728
Liverpool 100% should buy Gordon. Brilliant player local lad. And Diaz wants a move away. Don’t know how any “Liverpool fan” wouldn’t want him.

Man United Fan TV reporter Mark Ogden stirring up discontent as usual.
  • It's just ridiculous cus it's not the player Liverpool need rn they have more than enough in that position!!

Gordon's "attitude is brilliant."? The guy who sulked until Everton agreed to let him go?
  • @reigniv4044
Get a defensive midfielder. Jones out, endo out. And you're good
  • @babyting395
Gordon is one of the brightest young talents in world football and is already proven in the Premier League. Liverpool would be lucky to sign him.
  • @akhigandhi
Stevie Nicol's reactions are of a cutie pie when Liverpool transfer news is discussed, but he is a fire-breathing Godzilla when Man Utd. transfer news is discussed ;)

I would never question how Liverpool operates in the transfer market. these guys never learn. in fact, Stevie said the same thing when Liverpool signed Salah. where is he going to play? what's the point blah blah blah.. saying he wouldn't even start for Liverpool. I'm sorry but this is just dumb thinking. First off, Gordon.. Gakpo Diaz and Jota can all 4 play any position in the front 3. people who think Gordon can only play on the left or Diaz only on the left are just not very smart at all when it comes to football. Liverpool like to get in players like this a year early before a player leaves. for example, they did the same thing when they brought in Diaz to replace Mane and had both of them at the same time. I think it's silly that people are questioning this. if this move happens it would be a major big success for Liverpool. they are planning for Diaz and or Salah departure. that's pretty easy to predict. and that departure could be next summer. imagine last season for example if Liverpool had Gordon towards the end when they were needing goals desperately when both Diaz and Nunez couldn't finish, and Jota was injured. that could have easily won them the title if they had Gordon. i don't get how people don't see this. it's pretty obvious. and if Diaz does leave and LFC replace him with a younger Gordon who will score more goals for them. that's excellent business. Don't forget everyone acted as Mane could not play LW when we bought Salah.. where is Salah going to play... ?? again these guys never learn. de ja vu

what are these great Intelligent analysts on abaout ? do you remember when we had a front line of Mane, Firmino, Salah, Diaz, Gakpo, Nunez and Jota ??? I dint see you guys talking about "It doesnt make any sense..." then when its clear that a Big club like Liverpool will play approx 4 to 5 ompetitions and you expect our Old aging Mo to play all the games from the right and barca-fan Diaz on the left the entire season ?? what are these guys smoking ?
  • Gordon is our future David Ginola at Newcastle. We should not offload him

I’m sorry Liverpool is not Newcastle and I think he is massively overrated because is from Liverpool and I don’t think he has anywhere near the ability of Diaz. Too one-dimensional in my book and failed to have great games for England or in the Champions League, which might suggest he isn’t an elite level player. I think Eze would be a much better option for Liverpool because you can see he has elite level ability and in a better team would excel. That is why Guardiola wanted him, But Liverpool need DM a centre back and maybe a left back.
  • @bo0gi3
Ngl, they all cooked this segment !!! Don, Stevie, & Yan. But Gordon plays on the right. & if they had gotten Paulinha before he went to Bayern that would’ve been huge

Arne Slot has turned into prime Milan apparently.. He'll become Ipswich once the season starts 😂
