    At first AIR BIKES , SIDE PLANK were nearly impossible to me not even 5 seconds… and now here iam with discipline and will power.. now iam capable of performing any core muscle .. never give up .. also iam weak in English.. i hope u understood

    I’ve lost about 15 pounds after about 2 months, doing this while keeping a strict diet and calorie deficit is a great combo. At first I rarely if at all went the full 45 for each one, and there were a few exercises like the straight leg sit ups that are basically impossible to do if you have no core muscle, so if you are just starting out do the ones you are comfortable with and focus on mastering them until you can do the 45 with ease, then try and work on the others. Keep strong, focused, and ignore the noise and distractions; focus on you, you are doing this for 🫵 not others
  • I've been using this routine for a year now, alternating it with simple exercises performed at home with weights and a strict diet. You won't need anything else to get great results! Kudos to The Gainz Center for this wonderful and very useful video!

    1 day :- only upto russian twist ( fully exhausted) Day 2 :- done completey with full breaks 😢. Also drank sip off water. Took me an hour 😢 Day 3 :- completed fully with less breaks and haven't sip water also because of day 2 my body was in immense pain. I will keep you posted and about the changes so it does work ☺️ I have very very little but noticable changes. It will take me an week to fully recover my muscles from pain. Let's see what goes for day 4 Day 4 :- done, now its becoming easy but still difficult, i have not drank too much water and hence less efficient excersise. I accept my mistake and would never do that again. ( I have burnt around 25% waist) Its amazing 😍 Day 5 :- injured (accident) Day 6:- recovery from injury Day 7:- because of those 2 days i think i gained my weight again and workout was easy lets see tomorrow 😅 Day 8 :- done ✅ and i am getting power in my stomach area. I did all the way to 45 for flutter kicks 😂. Lets see day 9 Day 9 :- completed, friend told me, i am getting slimmed 😂. Day 10 :- done ✅. Greeting easier Review:- yes in 10 days i get some power to do more things. Now switching to legs workout along with this one and my weight is also reduced ❤ After 2 months again back because of increment in weight 😢 Day 1:- completed, exhausted, completed with full + 7 sec rests 😅❤ Day 2 :- omg hardddd

    Thank you very much for these Workout! I am over 35 years old, but I feel stronger than I did at 20! Working out has made my life better! For me, starting is always the hardest part, but once I begin, I always realize how glad I am that I managed to motivate myself, even if it's just for a short video! I always feel so much better after I've finished. I also try to give people a bit of motivation to take that first, hardest step because they definitely won't regret it.
