everyone who has even been found in contempt of court, admonished, penalised, prevented from presenting a specific defence or entering specific evidence etc should find a way to bring a class action lawsuit against the court that has permitted trump everything that was denied other defendants. it's disgusting. interrupting the judge, lying under oath, attacking everyone that is working against them. it's a vile spectacle. all courtesies are extended to this family of criminals just because they're rich and famous. disgusting.

Whenever I listen to Trump lawyers speak I have the same thought, "that bar exam is way easier than they tell us"

I love how the "freedom of speech" issue is being used to bastardize the role of a lawyer. The WHOLE POINT of a lawyer is to advise you how to best use your freedom of speech, which, you guessed it, typically involves SAYING LESS

There are no words powerful enough to describe the utter hilarity catalyzed by the fact that... with this being one of the most high-profile trials in the history of the DOJ... Trump and his legal team are stuck entirely sans a jury simply because they "forgot to check the box."

I always figured his lawyers knew they would lose a jury trail too and went with the judge so they could call the inevitable loss a conspiracy easier.

I'll give this to Trump. We are all learning the American Legal and Governmental functions, because it all has to be explained in baby terms for him to understand.

When I heard about Trump pulling out a piece of paper, all I could think of was Park and Rec when Ron tries to slaughter a live pig in a public park with no permit. When confronted, claims he has a permit, hands the park ranger a piece of paper that just says "I can do what I want"

I love that their public defence is always about "they are misusing taxpayer money"
