What gets me is every time I"ve heard him talk about this what he says is "These women aren't my type." Not "Sexual assault is disgraceful and vile and I would NEVER approach any woman without consent."

The frustrating part is that even though the Judge gave Trump extra time to come back from a golf to testify and still didn't show up. Trump is still going to say the Judge didn't allow him to speak and people are still going to be stupid enough to believe it.

A friend of mine was raped in high school. She didn't report it because she wasn't a virgin at the time. I had to agree with her. That was the time of "well, what were you wearing?" The fact she admited to flirting first would have doomed any criminal case and just caused her pain and ridicule. It's bad enough to do it now. The thing that stands out to me is that after this case, Trump ranted about everything during his CNN Townhall on Live TV... Which means that now E. Jean Carroll can sue him a third time for EVEN MORE MONEY! She has found an infinite money machine, which I didn't even know was possible.

In about 40% of rapes (and an even higher number when said rapes are perpetrated by someone in a position of power) the victim does not scream. It is a mix of shock, shame and desire to get it over with as soon as possible. The fact that these women were even asked in court why they did not scream is absurd.

Yea, I think we've kinda glossed over that bit at the end, where a judge requested the jurors, for their own safety, to stay anonymous even though the trial has concluded. That speaks volumes about the nature of Trump and his cult.

The fact that he said “she’s not my type” is absolutely disgusting. If someone was accused of sexually assaulting your sister or daughter and they said that, you would punch them in the face and rightfully so. It’s incredible how a third of the country will excuse Trump for doing things that would get a normal person assaulted.
