In this video, I am going to break down every ingredient in each food at McDonald's...

Avoid fast food garbage and eat real foods. This is why I created Lineage Provisions. Giving you real foods in the most convenient way. Check us out: lineageprovisions.com/psmdyt

Most people know fast food is bad for you. But I want to expose exactly what is wrong here and why it’s harmful…

It’s no surprise that over 70% of Americans are obese and overweight when over 60% of our calories come from ultra-processed foods like these…

The ingredient list of Mcdonal’s foods is proof that not all calories will have the same metabolic effects in humans…

The seed oils, sythetic additives, and preservatives in these foods impact our hormones and metabolic functions negatively, making it harder for our bodies to produce energy and function properly…

This leads to constant hunger, overeating, low energy, poor hormonal health and ultimately weight gain…

Humans aren’t meant to consume these processed foods…

Our health and well-being depend on many essential nutrients exclusevely found in animal foods…

Meat, organs, eggs, fruit, honey and raw dairy are the most nutrient dense foods for humans…

These foods allowed us to thrive and evolve for hundreds of thousands of years…

It's easy to find quality animal-based foods almost anywhere...

It's always meat / organs / fruit / honey / raw dairy…

This is an ANIMAL-BASED diet, and I believe this is the most optimal diet for humans on the planet...

The EU blocked a lot of these ingredients......but not here in the USA. Our politicians are owned by big corps and would not dare challenge them.

Be aware everyone its not just Mcdonalds. This is almost all fast food chains and processed foods in the grocery store. Read labels. Eat real food.

I came back from Thailand this past April having culture shock while eating at McDonald's. Returned home and immediately started researching it. The reason McDonald's in Thailand tasted amazing compared to ours is that the ingredients used in America are outright banned 😳 The ingredients in McDonald's here are prohibited in other countries. I never tasted a Number 1 so enjoyable and full of flavor while on holiday in Thailand. The so-called fast food here I'm convinced is designed to keep us in the ER.

The McDonald's food I ate in the 70s and 80s was way better than what you get today. I don't eat there anymore.

I'm a small farmer from Croatia. I keep chickens in a big yard so they are free range, i keep pigs and i grow my own fruits and vegetables in my garden. The difference in taste and quality between my food and the toxic trash from the supermarket is like day and night.

The hamburger patties aren't 100% beef. It's the scraps that fall all over the floor at meat processing plants that is so gathered up, put through a bleaching process, and then died red to give it all a consistent hamburger color.

I am sitting in a McDonalds parking lot, was going to get breakfast but now I think I will just starve until I get back home.

I absolutely don´t understand why it´s even legal to sell such things as food. All those Oils and other harmful substances should be prohibited

You forgot to mention the most important part about the french fries. The way they grow and harvest the potato for it. The chemicals they use on the fields are so toxic, that farners are not allowed to move around the fields without protective gear for several weeks after they have been sprayed.

Imagine doing a video inside of McDonald's telling people what's in their food & its not good. You're doing Gods work 💪🏿💪🏿😁
  • @cixtos
You actually went into the ingredients and the science. I clicked on the video because I want to treat myself and my loved ones better. I was worried you’d just preach a diet. I really appreciate you bringing awareness to the healthier alternatives to this ultra processed food. This information has helped me stay committed in my choice to reduce ultra processed foods in my diet. It’s incredible how much my health has improved since committing to cooking instead of relying on these ultra processed fast food options
  • I haven't eaten in McDonald's in 25 years. This video will keep me from ever eating there again
  • I managed Mc D for 15 yrs. When was 16 most of it was made from scratch. I had to make biscuits by hand ect. Now it all comes prepared and frozen. We used real fat for frying. Now its not. Its very very sad the amount of chemicals they " sneak" in it all. This needs to be on 60min.
  • @YaBoyBreezy
Haven’t eaten there in 5 years. My whole family is gluten, dairy and seed oil free now going on 5 months. Feel soo much better. Cook every meal at home never eat out.
  • @gomezx6056
It’s amazing how resilient the human body is to take all this abuse, eating chemicals & highly processed “food” and still make a come back maybe not to 100% but bounce back significantly after eating this garbage. I quit eating out after 32 years of life heavily relying on fast food. When you desensitize your tastebuds and body from this “food” it’s amazing to me that I tried to eat it again after months and it just tastes like chemicals. I crave the memory of it when I was addicted and naive but when I put it in my mouth it’s disgusting. genuinely I’d rather not eat and fast then eat this type of meal again.

When I lived in the USA I used to eat Mcdonalds all the time. Had nothing but stomach issues. After leaving I stopped eating it and 98% of my issues resolved. True story.

My daughter is 11, she has never had McDonald's or any other fast food. Parents have to do better for their children.

I stopped eating Maccas about 15 years ago which was a good decision & I've never looked back. In the last few months I've discovered that I'm dairy, wheat and gluten intolerant & this has made me reassess my life. I now eat a lot healthier & feel much better & my body has been thanking me for this big change. I live in Western Australia.😊 🇦🇺
