I love science. I've loved it since I was a child. I did one four-year enlistment in the Air Force during the Vietnam conflict in order to get the GI Bill. Then I enrolled in University and studied chemical engineering, chemistry, and geology. Ultimately I took a degree in geology. I worked for the US Army Corps of Engineers as an engineering technician at a hydroelectric dam. I also worked as a surveyor for the Forest Service (summer job) and as a cartographer for the Soil Conservation Service.

I retired at 41. I'm almost 70 now. I'm passionate about reading. I still spend most of my time reading good books. I especially enjoy science and history. I have a diverse and interesting collection of presentations on my playlists which are open to the public. I hope you enjoy them .
