For the last few months, I have been programming a Custom Biome data pack for Minecraft 1.20.4, so my friend FuryRaptor and I started a new survival world in this episode in order to beta test it! In this episode, we found a lot of the grassland areas.

    The astute may have noticed there was a little issue with the Plateau biome, which was that the translation string was missing. I had accidentally had another biome listed as plateau and plateau was missing completely, but it's fixed now, so in the next episode it'll show up properly as "Plateau".

    I’m excited to see where this datapack goes! There aren’t many major biome datapacks like this, so really keen to see the biomes and hopefully eventually try it out for myself. Any chance you have plans to release a beta build at some point to gather additional testing data and feedback? Would be cool to test out the dev build. Great video and I’m interested to see more from the datapack!
