I am not diabetic, I am in my 30s and eat a healthy WFPB diet, in good shape. I took low dose metformin for several months for anti-aging effects, and it made me feel awful. Felt like I had low blood sugar, tired all the time. I think metformin doesn't help if you're very healthy, or it isn't necessary.

I am no longer a diabetic but I still take Metformin every night . I decide to stay put with Metformin after I reversed my diabetes. Good or bad ?

The studies were flawed as they omitted certain people from the stats that were failing, I can't remember the exact details but it made it appear that diabetics that took metformin lived longer, they didn't.

bro why not just upload these video... like i can find them for free on the website anyway... what's the point... also i would have preferred the double 600 pages book option instead of videos... my mom is old and doesn't know how a computer work i wanted to gift her the book once is released in italian but now i can't since she won't ever be able to open and watch youtube videos...
