You did great for your first try, I would suggest whisking the egg the whites than place it in a circle heat safe object like a cup, you could also steam rise them as well

Tip: If you're trying to make Japanese Pancakes, when you're cooking it, make sure to put a little water on the side and close the lid, then when the water evaporates, add a little more batter on the pancakes and add more water, close the lid, flip it, more water, close the lid and done🥞✅

You should definitely add a pancake mold! In Japan they have fluffy pancakes that they make with the mold so it isn't so messy! And you can fill it up to your hearts content ❤ just not too much or else it'll overflow !

Looks good!! Good to see the progress. There’s a hack I’ve seen in case you like something like this: just went pancakes are about halfway to being done cooking, drizzle some syrup in the middle. Then you’ll have some crispy syrup in the middle😊
