  • Guys she’s not lying. I had a baby in 2022 so I’ve been looking on top of exercise. Exercise was taking forever to see results and once I started this exactly a week ago I went from 156lbs to 144lbs. I drank this every morning and right before bed like she has mentioned. On top of watching how I ate. I drink fruit smoothies in the morning or for lunch. For lunch I ate more healthy like a salad if it wasn’t a smoothie. If I didn’t drink the smoothie in the morning I ate oatmeal (from the packs too) or some turkey bacon. If you don’t want to change the way you eat, portion control is key. Y’all got this!

    DAY 0: 213.40 lbs Day 1: 209.66 Day 2: 207.68 Day 3: 207.02 (guys, how did I lose 1 kg overnight 😯😯😯) I'll start the recipe today and will keep updating for a month.     Reporting back after 6 weeks. This really works! I did exercise with it but I blended all ingredients in 3 cups of water then added 4 cups after. I stored in glass jar and This lasted three and a half days. I had one glass in the morning between 9am and 10am , then I have breakfast....I had another glass around 9pm before bed. It works extremely well. Stay consistent and you'll see.

    I NEVER leave comments. And I never do these “fad” drinks that give empty promises. But I SWEAR this is a miracle drink. One cup when I wake up, one cup before dinner. I’m down 6lbs in 1 week. No gimics! Haven’t even been drinking coffee. And I’m a 4 shots of espresso kind of girl! I feel amazing

    DOWN 7 lbs in 3wks THANKYOUUU!! I drink it 2-3x a day and do my best watching what I eat. My hubby lost 5lbs as well. I will always keep this in my fridge I enjoy making it, knowing all the great things it's gonna do for my health. So I just want to come on here and Thankyou for sharing this recipe.     Started this 3 days ago. I added more ginger because I love the burn. This recipe right here will curve your appetite I've lost 3lbs already. I didn't change my diet or exercise

    If you peel ginger with a spoon you can get into the small grooves and it's so much easier 😊

    I started doing this recipe march 19 2024 and now march 27 I’m 7 pounds lighter it works I was so surprised when I saw the numbers on the scale it works people give it a try .

    Ingredients: Cucumber, ginger, green apple, lime( leave half skin on), and lemon(skin on). Cut up and blend in two cups of water. Drink in morning and afternoon. Add two tbsp of ACV if you are not breastfeeding. Cheers to being healthier, best wishes!
