안녕하세요 햄스터 랩입니다.
It has been a year since I raised a hamster in the soil. I've been watering the hamster with a bucket of water. It didn't seem to fit the purpose of the true naturalistic cage. So I'm going to build a small pond and grow aquatic plants and small creatures.
The next video will add a filtration system and various plants.
햄스터를 흙에 키운지 1년이 되었습니다. 그동안 햄스터에게 물통을 두어 물을 줬는데요. 진정한 자연주의 케이지의 취지에 맞지 않는 듯 했습니다. 그래서 작은 연못을 만들고 수생 식물과 작은 생물들을 키워 보려 합니다.
다음 영상은 여과 시스템과 다양한 식물들을 추가할 예정입니다.

It looks so cool, I would just place some more rocks near the edge sticking out of the water, so that if cotton were to fall in by accident, he can have an escape route. Also, with the addition of rocks Cotton can possibly get closer to the water in order to drink. 🙂 it's so cool he can drink water like a hamster would in the wild!

By washing the substrate, rocks, and gravel before putting it into the aquarium, you will have fewer issues with cloudy water. Also, make sure that all wood items are safe in water and won't leach toxins or tannins into the water supply, and poisoning your hamster. A circulating pump with a filter will keep the water cleaner as well, which is paramount in keeping an animal healthy.

제가 예전에 기르던 햄스터가 탈출해서 어항에 빠져 죽은적이 있어서인지 빠질까 불안하네요... 얘들은 헤엄도 못치고 빠져나온다 해도 물은 햄스터에게 안좋으니 연못은 안좋은 생각같다고 조심스럽게 말해봅니디

햄스터는 고원 같은 건조한 사막 지대에서 살고 있습니다 습도 높은 흙토 같은곳에살면 피부병 위험이 있습니다

Hamsters can easily drown. Actually all rodents can. I’ve found them all bloated and dead in my backyard pond. Terrariums are better suited for amphibians and reptiles because they need the humidity and some like to bask in water, sometimes to help with shedding, it’s something a hamster doesn’t need.
