    Great show Kardea. South Carolina style. All southern states have their own signature dishes and style of cooking. A lot of what you're cooking is not traditional dishes in TN, AL, Miss, KY, etc. I wish they had a show featuring southern dishes from all the southern states. Tennessee folks specialty is barbequing everything! Everyone has a grill and if they don't then something is wrong with them! LOL Memphis is famous for it's bbq! Inland southern states are not on the coasts so we don't have a lot of seafood/crawfish/crab dishes.
