You should have a jug for people to "donate" to something on the ranch. Could be new picnic tables, new chairs, new over head tents, new stage anything. I think your people will help and would love to be a part of the whole thing.

You don't have to worry about cleaning up wild debris. When people start making campfires all of the branches and brush is going to get trimmed back, when people go looking for fuel for the fires. When people start walking the paths they are going to get trampled into dust. You are doing WAY more work than you have to. Many of your problems will be solved simply with traffic.

Matt, how about setting up a few web enabled cameras on the river, both to monitor it, plus to let people see the wildlife on the river? Maybe you can find out if that was a Nutria.

Hey Matt, I know you`ve mentioned there are some weirdos out there that made you more cautious about privacy, I would recommend muting the sound or cutting it from the video when you enter your code at the gate. They will figure it out from the tone of the keys if they are psycho enough. Love your work and I can`t wait to see the resort finished and full of people. Cheers.

Those picnic tables needed to move higher. I'm glad you moved them. The rain is doing a lot of cave digging for you. You should have a depth stick securely buried into the riverbed, marked up to 20 feet.

It will help to have the water directed back towards the right side, and not flowing toward the edge. And then you just need to make sure you can get some grass or erosion blankets for the water to flow down until you have a culvert installed.

You need to put RainX on your truck and other vehicles, it’s a total game changer, it’s like wax for your windshield, wipe it on one half of the windshield, do the other side, then go back to the first side and buff it clear, and same on other side. With a fresh new application, no wipers needed beyond 30+mph, unless it’s like a monsoon/hurricane type rainfall. I’ve found that using windshield wipers actually wears off the RainX sooner.

I am coming to meat fest and to see the Cuda there would be awesome. You can do it!!!! Free beer, guess my wife is driving us home. :) We are so excited and this is my daugher's birthday present. She chose to do this over a local party. So we are very excited for this. The animal was a velociraptor. He is preparing for his own meat fest. Cannot wait to get out there this is going to be a blast.
