    this is a great video. I brought it, probably over a decade ago and used to do all of the forms for years before I went to work in the morning, but then broke my foot and twisted my opposite knee when I fell off a 5 gallon bucket. My knees and balance had been so bad for years, but they were in really great shape until I had that accident. Now I want to start over (since I no longer remember how to do them), but I must have put the DVD in the case for a movie and don't remember what case I put it in. HECK!

    This Video allows beginners to go into greater depth. Production is excellent, lessons are paced yet there is a clear emphasis on Tai Chi Essential Principles. Appropriate for an advanced beginner. Will give a grounding that will allow students to really develop their internal form. Very well done.

    Out of six forms only 5&6 are shown. And the forms shown and last demo seems to be very different from eachother

    Dear Dr LamMy parents especially my father has recently being diagnosed with 'sang kuat chi' near to the tail of the back bone - don't the medical term - is there a diet he need to adopt and exercises or therap  that can reduce this painful disease.
