    I do cardio using your clips. together with food control Previously, my weight was 67 kg. After 2 months, my weight was 59 kg. I admit that the first time exercising in your clip was so tiring that I couldn't stand it. But once the body adjusts, it feels comfortable. and feel very good before falling a sleep.   • I tried two new videos today not realizing how much jumping there was. I did some jumping on the floor and used my rebounder (my joints thanked me😊) for some of the more intense jumping. Wow big difference in my bpm in two hours of exercise my heart rate was 28min <122bpm, 50min 123-133bpm, 35min 134-143bpm, 5min 144-153bpm. I burned 674 active calories, that may not be much to some people but for me it’s great. I’ll take it gladly and I’m thankful for my strong body and heart ❤. Thank you Eleni

  • SAFTY TIP: Please be careful at the end of this workout moving from high knees to a forward bend stretch. The head should remain above the heart to prevent a blood rush. Fainting can occur! Love these workouts, but safety first!❤
