As a brother of struggles I believe in you and have faith in you and so does others even if you think no one cares, strive for yourself, strive for victory! Don't give up on yourself so easily and beat yourself up, I believe in you and have faith that you can get past this and truly make it through even if everything seems unbearable, just remember that people are here to share that pain with you and that your not alone! You can make it through this, so what if you think your weak, useless or a burden? You can be so much more and I believe you are better so you this confidence to grow stronger and no longer let words or people use you or take advantage of you again, you can stand strong and I know you can because you believed it so many times but gave up so easily.. 😔 Instead get rid of this negativity and focus on yourself to toughen yourself for you, you don't have to set standards for anyone but yourself because you can love yourself and it's best to love yourself before your own friends or other people because maybe some of them don't love you back like you love them and in reality the world is truly a cruel place, which is why you must grow stronger, love yourself and be happy for yourself because no one else will do that for you. Use this information wisely to become a strong gigachad able to withstand anything that you put your mind to. Don't give up just because you feel like it, keep pushing forward for yourself and not others because nothing else feel better than shoving the weights of burden of your shoulders that made you the way you are because of the standards society pushes for because that's all they believe. I'm here to tell you to ignore all of that because it's ignorance and weak, to become stronger isn't to just lift weights and do cardio, it's about focusing on yourself and no one else. You don't have to listen to today's societies standards because it is useless when it comes to your true strength and in all honesty you'll never even use or probably ever even use these standards because you can only be better for yourself. I love you all and I hope you make it through this brothers and sisters because times can be tough but just remember that we're all struggling together and believe in our selves and each other. 💪🔥😄
