The reality of the US going into isolationism, the European Union will have to be self-sufficient, and for that more efficient in their unified policies.

The veto in the Council of European Union needs to be changed to a quality majority voting(QMV). We cannot have a single country (e.g. Hungary) blocking an initiative while all the other member states were in favour.

The main problem is that the EU has four presidents: The president of the commission is the most powerful and head of the executive branch, the highest representative is something like a head of state and the the president of the parliament and the president of the European council are heads of the legislative branch.

I remember him from the majestic "Shish" speech.
  • How do you deal with languages? English is not mandatory or encouraged in the workplace. No common tongue, no integration. EU will always be divided.

We need to be federalized but we also need a constitution which almost absolutely protects freedom of speech and privacy.
  • Federalism is a system of government where power is divided between a central government and regional governments (like states or provinces). Both levels of government have their own independent powers and responsibilities. Key Characteristics of Federalism: 1 - Division of Powers: The constitution clearly outlines the powers of the central government and the regional governments. 2 - Independent Existence: Both levels of government have their own elected officials, bureaucracies, and courts. 3 - Direct Governance: The central government directly governs citizens in matters of national concern, while regional governments handle issues affecting their specific regions. 4 - Checks and Balances: Federalism often includes mechanisms to prevent one level of government from becoming too powerful. Examples of Federal Countries: United States Canada Australia Germany India With regard to European Union, the union can seek guidance from it's citizens if it want to form a federal Europe, but it is something good for total integration.
