Just finished this workout. Wow that was tough for me. For some reason I did not feel good at the beginning of the workout so I took it slow, thinking I’d only be doing 5-10min before stopping but for some reason Maddy was really motivating and the workout went by really fast! So proud of myself for doing the whole workout 💪🏻
