If you want to see slums, come to America. We have many with methheads and junkies lying and shitting on the sidewalks, trash everywhere, abandoned houses and businesses. What you are filming are very nice places to live in comparison.

I would call this a low income neighborhood not a slum. It's clean, water and electricity system are in place. Pretty well maintained neighborhood.

This is not a "slum". These are older buildings that people have lived in for decades. Apartments are passed down in families and family members continue to live there even when they are well off.
