I can't wait to have another collie when I'm older, as I lost my beautiful Lou Lou last year at 15 years old, she was just nuts. <3 When she was very young, she used to escape through the back hedge, run around the block and knock on the front door! She could play the piano, guitar, and drums, knew all her toys by name, and would train any visitors to our house to throw the ball for her. Love a collie.

My Aussie passed a few years ago, best dog I ever had. Wife not convinced on a border collie, being 'too much work' as we're both retired. But honey, we have a huge yard, I do 6 miles every morning, plus I've trained numerous dogs. We'll see, still working on this.

I don't know about training border collies with food. Mine always loved to learn new stuff because she liked the feeling of mastering things. She was success driven not food driven.

I had a border collie. Smartest dog I ever had. She loved to play soccer and I miss her every day. They are great dogs with a lot of energy.

My 11 year old border collie still goes absolutely nuts over snow shoveling, if the neighbours are shoveling I have to let her out then I can get mine done, lol! I love these dogs this whole video is so funny to probably everyone who knows them!
