All 10 things are so good. I’ve applied only 2 things long time ago, my blood pressure is 110/70 now even I have genetic high blood pressure. - Reduce salt: Just a little bit that our tongue doesn’t feel the difference, after two weeks, you will get 50% less than the salt you used daily. - Walking 45 minutes a day. No more medication needed. ( I’m 74 year old )
  • My husband had a stroke due to Cranial Vascular Disease. Immediately he was prescribed the big three: statin-Blood thinner-BP medication. He was told he would need to be on these for the rest of his life. Then he saw a Neurologist who prescribed Whole Food Plant Based No Salt, Oil or Sugar diet. In three week ALL blood numbers improved dramatically and in three months he was off ALL medications! He lost 35 lbs. I have had a 55 lbs loss and my health has improved dramatically as well! That all started December of 2022. It is not easy but it is simple!

Great video. Anytime my BP creeps above 120/60, my doctor wants to put me on Losartan. I refuse. Our BP fluctuates throughout the day. My average at home is 117/60. What in the world would happen if I went on Losartan? Doctors are just pill happy, imo.
  • I am a 77 old lady and I found that doing "intermittent fasting" worked amazing for me. It was a bit hard to getting used to not eat any dinner but after a few days I was fine. I did fasting for 18 hours after my lunch till about 8:00 next morning but I ate all what I liked for breakfast and lunch. I lost all surplus weight in less of 2 months about 10 kilos. I am Italian and I love bread and pasta I even ate ice-cream and sweets, not every day, of course. Now I just still do intermittent fasting when I gain 2 or 3 kilos and I wish to get them off....so easy!
  • I am 74 years old. My doctor told me your bloodpressure is too high and gave me losartan. I took it for a week and became so sick. I decided to do it another way and now its normal for my age. Weight is okay, fitness, dancing, walking. Drinking hibiscus tea and do acupressure on certain points on my hand. And having natural bloodpressure capsules. So glad I made the decision to stop the meds. There still is stress because of persons in my life who are very sick. I have to learn to deal with that. Thank you for your video and everyone good luck with lowering BP. Greez from the Netherlands.

My mom is 84. I reduced her sugar and carbs intake drastically. Only use Himalayan pink salt and olive oil for our cooking. Almost no fruits, consume mainly on lean meat , fish and veg. After 3 months, I threw away all the doctor prescribed blood pressure and cholesterol medication ! Indicators are normal now. I lead a natural bodybuilder lifestyle. As such, my mom and I eat the same kind of food. Has been working well for the past 3 years.

My moms BP was very high for years even with meds; she quit drinking soda; she drank about 6 cans a day. She has normal BP now at 81!
  • @baqirhemraj7639
I was under several blood pressure tablets and had to suffer a lot of side effects. Since I started drinking hibiscus tea I have experienced no side effects and my BP is now normal and do not take any medication.. It may not work for everyone but it is worth a try.
  • My blood pressure wanders around quite a bit, no idea why. But thinking about breathing deeply, I’ve come to realise my giving up playing the saxophone was a mistake. It requires really controlled and deep breathing, especially if you use the higher reed strengths like 4 or 5 which require much more muscle strength. Plus the concentration required and the calming nature of music is of benefit. So I’ll go back to annoying my neighbours and tell them it’s for health reasons.

I recently started taking the beet gummies. I totally agree with you on anger, getting upset over things and stewing over dumb stuff. I am seriously working on that. Turning off the news is helping, lol ! Also a big one is eliminate simple carbs because too much insulin raises blood pressure!
  • @wggygrl
I've been doing carnivore/low carb diet and no longer need bp meds. Bp was around 180/100 and last night it was only 127/74. Yay me!

I do Grounding/Earthing walking barefoot. 30-45 mins daily. 85 days so far:) Helps lower BP.

I just came accross your channel, listened, wrote notes and subscribed. I am so impressed with, not only your knowledge, but your down-to-earth presentation. You have confirmed what some of my other favorite Drs are saying about our power to keep ourselves healthy. I am a 77 yr old lady. I have weaned myself off of BP meds (slowly) over past few months. I am doing most of the things you suggested. I monitor my BP often, it is staying within a normal range. My energy level has increased. I still work 20 hrs a week because it is good for me, it connects me to people, gives me a sense of purpose and keeps me young and healthy. I look forward to watching many more of your videos. Thank you for encouraging us to stay healthy! 😊

For months this is what I've been doing: ride my exercise fan bike 5 plus miles daily, I don't eat red meat or pork for over 8 months, no sodas for 2.5 yrs NO soda, 2 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil, 2tbsp of ACV, and 1cup of beet juice with3 cloves of garlic along with meditative breathing, along with a 2mins COLD shower not saying it's for everyone but it works for me

I always worked out in the past but as I got older, I developed arthritis. It pulled me away from my fitness routine and I have gained weight in the last 10yrs. I never had high BP but lately, my BP according to Red Cross (I donate blood on a regular basis) has increased to possible hypertension. I'm not a pill popper so I was researching ways to lower BP naturally. Came across your video and will be putting your advice to my daily changes. I am 65 yrs old and weigh 194 lbs (lost 16 already) and because of the arthritis, not very active now. I will start walking 30mins a day as my fitness until I can do more. Thank you for your wise advice.
  • Ground Flax Seed daily 1-2 tablespoons is a miracle for dropping BP. Also fresh garlic and / or ginger. 💖⭐💖⭐
  • @SG45260
I've had hypertension for at least 40 years, was taking 3 meds to control. I have been drinking Hibiscus tea, one cup a day since last March. Both numbers dramatically lowered. Miraculous at 78 years of age! My primary Dr is following me
