    Suicide is rough. Depression is a real killer. On top of that you can feel worse because society pressures people to be 'happy' and outgoing. I found that depression was easier when I stopped caring if people didn't like that I was a downer. Years later I discovered gluten was the main contributor to my depression. But I still felt better when I resolved to be myself rather than try to wear a mask.

    I wrote this on a reply comment you left on one of my videos, but felt it need mentioning hear as well. Your sensitivity to others pain and difficulties is highly admirable... you really are willing to put yourself in another shoes, absolute courage and heart my friend.
