I like the idea of a daily reminder to smile. I set a couple to say one kind thing to myself every day. I set them for the times that I’m usually stressed or anxious throughout the day/night. I notice that when I’m feeling that way, I’m actually pretty mean to myself. I wouldn’t say even a tiny fraction of the things I say to myself to someone else. Its been a positive practice for me.
