#PleaseSaveVN #SOSHCMC #SOSVietnam After "Salt Bae" Vietnamese version - "Saint of Sprinkle Scallion" was summoned for the first time by the communist police, on November 18, 2021, Mr. Bui Tuan Lam was summoned to the police headquarters for the second time. This time, Vietnam's communist police came to Mr. Lam's house. The incident was recorded by Lam's wife and posted on social networks. There were 3 policemen in uniforms in their house. 1 guy was sitting to write summons. 1 guy was holding a smartphone to record video. The last guy was standing guard, watching everything.

At this time, only Mr. Lam's wife was at home. She publicly protested strongly and said: "Last time you also came with a summons and its content was opposed by my husband. Now, this time you also come with the same content! Last time my husband said to change the content of the summons to be clearer! You can't summon people with such vague content. Citizens still have time to go to work. I won't let you guys bother us like that! If you say it according to the law, the law must be clear." And she repeated what she just said one more time. The policeman who was sitting and writing said: "It's clear or not, the content of the summons is clearly stated". She still said: "not clear". He continued: "The police have explained from the beginning, we filmed or recorded! Okay? But it's your business to film the video! The police have explained it clearly. I work with your husband!". Regardless of what she said, the policeman continued to write a summons to create an opportunity to harass Mr. Bui Tuan Lam for the second time.

The reason of Vietnam's police is "posting videos on social networks". That's why Mr. Lam's wife said that the reason was not clear. And not only Mr. Lam, many people in Vietnam have also been summoned by the police with such vague and unclear content. Because they have posted on Facebook videos about petitioners being robbed of land, poor people without food, people being oppressed and brutally beaten by the police,... All of them are charged with one crime of "posting videos on social networks". And then Vietnam's communist government will capture and accuse the Vietnamese people of committing two crimes. It is "propaganda against the communist state of Vietnam" and "stores, propagates and distributes documents and items aimed at overthrowing the people's government"! These two crimes have been condemned by international organizations as vague and serious violations of human rights.

Why are Vietnam's communist police so afraid of people imitating Salt Bae, in a very funny and lovely way? Is it because they have lost face in front of the whole world and international press after To Lam's scandal of eating 24K gold-plated beef! So now they have to find a way to hide! Arrest 1 person to silence the entire Vietnamese people, not letting the matter reveal to the whole world anymore! But too late! To Lam ate beef inlaid with 24K gold worth £850, equivalent to over 1.100 USD. And Mr. Bui Tuan Lam's bowl of beef noodle soup is only worth 30,000 VND! So who is more corrupt than who, who is richer than who?

The Vietnamese government does not take care of the people, does not give relief money and vaccine aided by the US to the Vietnamese people. Now they are suffering because of directives 16 and 16+ of the communist government, especially in HCMC.
