    From a non military POV, it seems that Ukr needs to introduce "dynamic" in the War : the Ruz are not good for coordination or local decision. In a static War, using its mass and capacity to take losses (human / furnitures), the ruz are taking ground little by little. Some movements seems a good strategy to destablize a fixed front. But oc the ukr also expose themselves, I hope they have a good plan / capacity to adapt, and good intelligence.
