The way Andy plays the guitar is like everything you dream of when you start playing as a kid

Andy's solo part from 20:15 is so ridiculously good, it literaly makes me laughing like a maniac. The final climax is so overpowering, I barely know what to say. Also... the saxophone solo is indescribable. I dare to say: those who don't feel it, have no soul.

I'm a big Gilbert fan from way back even to the Racer X days, but Andy's note choices and phrasing are just unreal. Even when he plays quickly, which he doesn't always do, the notes are not sequential scale runs but phrases and motives moved to different parts of the neck. The scariest part is that Andy is improvising and playing with his eyes closed while doing so more than 3/4 of the time. Amazing and this was 1997!!! He is even better now IMHO and chooses his notes even more wisely. Thanks for posting this one. Really, really inspiring!

Everyone is killing it no doubt and everyone loves talking about guitarists, but that saxophone player is smooth like a baby’s bottom.

If anyone is interested in hearing more of Andy's playing, check out Simon Phillips' " Out of The Blue " CD which is a live disc of Simon's music featuring Andy. Great player!
