Good thing she asked that second question :D Because being so sensitive to other people's emotions and becoming more sensitive everyday can be so painful when being with friends who suffer. If they don't follow the spiritual path, you cannot tell them to "surrender" or sth like that and it makes it almost impossible for me to spend time with other people. Feels comforting to hear that I can reduce some of the suffering just by being present. Was a very much needed reminder since I actually already made that experience but kind of lost it. Thank you! Once again!
  • Highly sensitive to energy i can feel others pain in my body thats why i meditate everyday and bless each one of my energy centers with love and gratitude ❤❤❤❤❤

Thank you! I needed this because as a woman born to a large Asian family I was culturally taught to take on energies and karma of other people. It required presence and de programming for me to release negative energy and not take it on any more. Awareness clears the clouds and my spirit is naturally much lighter. The more I practice and meditate I notice these energy bodies weakening in and around me. Sometimes I cry unexpectedly, there are many souls that are suffering, and I feel the pain vibrating through me. I know this is a time of great contrast; I know before the big shift there comes chaos; I know that it’s the cycles of samsara; I know that all things are as they are; and I know I don’t know nothing much at all. There is a deep awareness in me that everything is much better than my mental or emotional being has aligned to. This makes me happy because I feel if I focus on my part, my alignment helps everyone else as well. Most blessings can’t be seen, touched or heard. The best blessing is given to everyone, just sit still and discover it for yourself. There are so many people awakening right now. So many masters have been born and are teaching. The Buddha spoke of a time when his teachings wouldn’t be relevant anymore. This always puzzled me, but about a month ago I got a glimpse, I understood what he meant. It has to do with time and space, relativity, contrast, and cycles. His teaching only apply in a material dimension. We are awakening to dimensions that are governed by different laws. The mass awakening is not only creating a new earth, it’s creating a new everything. The new frontier has expanded, the collective vibrating consciousness is changing faster than ever before. Namaste 🙏

She transferred the best energy n strength on me. In Dehli 2001 a street book vendor pushed me 2 buy yr book the power of Now, thou I only asked 4 Sri Nisragadatas book I am that. I didn't want 2 buy it first, but he told me, it be right 4 me. That version had yr photo on the back. U still look the same.😊 No-mind keeps u young! I went off 2 an ashram in Beas n thought I saw u there, but b4 I had a chance 2 connect, u were gone. Bummer! I've shared yr book in SA with many. Yr way of teaching is unique, thou all teachers share same truth. Thank u 4 sharing yr love n light! U truly started a huge transformation in this world!

  • Best teachings on this topic. Very balanced and helpful! Thank you.
  • This has been a sticky problem for me lately. Thank you for your wise word.
  • In my experience, feelings always dissolve when they are allowed to be felt or brought into the spotlight. Usually what I do when I notice negative moods within me or others I start to talk about it. "Geez, I feel so sad and miserable, I don't even know where it comes from." Or "I can sense how tense you are. Wanna talk about it?" The following conversation usually allows the feelings to go.
  • It's a PTSD: a habit to "read" everyone and be alert 100% of the time to protect yourself from an abuse. In this case only desensitization practices will help, any kind of them: meditation, yoga, sport, present moment, etc. You need to calm down and stop waiting and looking for trouble from everyone.
  • Thanks Eckhart! I find your teachings to be immensely helpful as an HSP(highly sensitive person) and am very grateful for these reminders every week. Looking forward to more videos on this topic as well! 💜
  • I understand the Lady here...I used to have this identification problem myself....I am very sensitive to many things...Echkart has been and is a very good teacher to me !! Thank You Echkart, for talking about the full moon...❤❤❤
  • Thank you, for your wonderful helpful teaching.🫶
  • This is very powerful. My mum has dementia and I feel sometimes that just sitting with her relieves her stress somehow. I certainly can identify with this lady about feeling other peoples pain.
