T&H Inspiration is on a mission to share inspiring wisdom. The goal is to have you pause, think, and reflect. Many of our videos revolve around the extraordinary teachings of Alan Watts that we produce with permission from the Alan Watts Electronic University.

T&H also films and releases original interviews with iconic people who have experienced successes, while also persevering through life's highs and lows. We look forward to sharing more of these perspectives and insights.

Our hope with these videos is to push your thinking. As Alan Watts said “No one is more dangerously insane than one who is sane all the time: he is like a steel bridge without flexibility, and the order of his life is rigid and brittle.” – Alan Watts.

I don't mean any disrespect to anyone but the comments under these videos complaining about the background music are the bane of my existence Edit: just finished the video and it is another masterpiece. The incredible words of Alan Watts accompanied by the perfectly selected images and music

8:10 Energy is eternal delight. You are that. The perfect man employs his mind as a reflective mirror. This is to live without hang ups, to drift like clouds and flow like water. See all life as magnificent play of energy. There is nothing to fear. Thanks Alan. 3 July 2024. 💗🍇🌈🐠🦒🤲💐🐠🐠

So much wisdom here. And, such gorgeous scenery! Alan Watts' wisdom lives and proves to us daily that he saw it All so much sooner than the rest of us. Many thanks for this. Namaste

Alan is my most favoured speaker on the nature of existence. I find others who dismiss him as not being sufficiently patient to see through the veil of phenomena and emotions. The idea of Zen, is as Thomas Berry was wont to state: "Nothing is itself without everything else." Alan very simply explains in his own way, that our humanity is entangled and intertwined with our essential underlying nature of being; that they are as inseparable as a crest is from a trough, to create a wave.
  • The Universe is infinite, no beginning, no end, no Big Bang, no centre, no time, unknowable, we are an essential part of IT.
  • Thank you so much Alan Watts I'm going 60 this coming august from Philippines Dumaguete City Negros Island Region.

i had this really strange dream last night that i was watching some sort of documentary on alan watts (which doesnt exist) and at various points i interacted with him. i really need to get better at writing dreams down.
  • that's all i needed - just some words of encouragement. very insightful, but also very fleeting. the philosopher himself is aware of the impermanent of things, such as himself, you, or me. aren't we all ultimately the same, in that sense? we come and go like all things. it may be the middle of the week, but have a good weekend, guys. this next one, and the many ones ahead.

Sitting here, awake too early and doomscrolling through my feed filled with bad news about politics and climate issues, I felt a deep sense that “I don’t want to be alive in this world.” Then this video appeared on my screen, like a response to my unuttered thoughts. Are YouTube’s algorithms really that magical or is magic actually at play here?

…and there is nothing to be afraid of.
