So proud of this kid coming from San Bernardino he was a small skinny kid walking into my uncles shop at loved ones and I was their aau coach for basketball and you always saw the work ethic he’s been a winner on every level he’s gonna show the world why he’s special trust me his awareness his will to win and his instincts are next level plus lsu as far as a school has notoriously bread more nfl ready qbs then usc Mark my words Jayden is gonna be a star his parents and the city are excited for what’s to come.

I thought he would be a bit more accurate. Especially on the deep balls. There were probably eight passes that were off bad, and on a lot of the crossing routes and underneath routes, he didn't lead the receivers enough.

Beautiful, effortless delivery. Throws over the middle had some zing on them. This kid’s a stud!! 🤩

He has such good accuracy and he looks so effortless and smooth. His form is so fluid. I love it.

I’m now on watch number 10 of said pro day I got issues man
  • Quick release, fluid, mobile, really good accuracy on short and intermediate routes. Arm looked stronger than expected. Even overthrew a couple of deep routes. I can see NE taking him at 3 if Caleb and Drake are already gone. I don't buy into the JJ McCarthy hype.

Wow, Jayden Daniels has such a smooth throwing motion. It was like watching a guy fly-casting for trout on a little stream. He was putting the ball exactly where he wanted, no problem. The long throws - eh, Brady used to throw those short on purpose, to draw interference fouls. Takes a lot of reps to get a feel. Clearly he's got the arm. Along with his great athleticism, Daniels is a top passer. What a prospect.

I was there for this.. ball was FLYING

Jayden has a much bigger arm than he’s given credit for. That seems to be the case every year - where a guy will be knocked for arm strength and another talked about for his cannon and they throw the same distance. Jayden Daniels threw just as far as Drake Maye for their pro days. Jayden should definitely go number 2 overall.

my breakdown of the workout was okay, it was interesting i've had the most notes from his so far. his motion is butter, it's green light, and he has the most automatic trigger we've seen in years, he liable to get the ball off in tight areas smooth. it's a lil bradyish. that's the good part. he does specific things really well, effective with deep balls, highly potent, dare i say prolific throwing back shoulder, literally never overstrides. it's been most interesting to see him alternate his stagger foot. you see it on film, you see it in game, it was surprised to see it in a workout its a rare tendency you don't see with other QB's. it speaks to #1. his versatility in different systems. his coordinators will be interchangeable. #2. on the negative side, if he starts getting out of Wack it spotlights, his inconsistency with his lower body. but its very like tiny detail. the most interesting thing I SAW. He alternated his break foot. #1. the positive of that is, he showed a lot of ease and comfort off platform. it's almost like his stays on balance even when he's off platform, that's how balanced he is on his feet. #2. the negative is no one really wants you driving off ur back foot and his arm strength is already not most ideal but yeah. it stands out. he has an inconsistent break foot, that's a big issue. all that being said, for the most part, he's just really good with the footwork. overall, it's all very cute, its very fancy. he does all the flashy stuff well. i wish he was more consistent doing the easy stuff. his anticipation is off, you wish his ball placement was better, the ball finished behind the receiver a few times and if i'm a defender and they run crossing stuff, short to mid, i'm jumping it. Those are my big takeaways.
