Dark Souls III OST - Slave Knight Gael [Extended]

Something that always stuck with me is the fact that the series starts you out as a hollow with a broken sword hilt, all the way back in the Undead Asylum. It finishes with you, a fully fledged undead warrior, fightint a hollow with a broken sword. Poetics at its finest

There’s 99% of gaming bosses, and then there’s Gael, at the top 1% of all bosses

Its so deeply poetic that the last fight of all of the souls series is between two nameless nobodies in a world that will not remember them, nothing is gained or lost regardless of who wins or loses. No one will ever know this fight even happened in history.

the part where the song goes nuts and lightning strikes everywhere and gael starts doing backflips firing noscope volleys of arrows is the most epic souls moment

Its unbelievable how overwatch won the awards, ds3 completely deserved bgm, goty, rpg of the year award

I just killed all the bosses from the Elden Ring DLC, I came here to tell you guys that Gael still remains as the best boss ever created by From Software.

During this boss fight, I intentionally lose whenever Gael almost died. I just wanted to fight him over and over and over and over again. The fight, the music, everything about him is beautiful and poetic. Best boss fight experience I has ever had.

After 7+ years since i first heard this masterpiece , everytime feels like the first, and puts a smile on my face. Easily 11/10

One of greatest musical pieces made for one of the greates games of all time.

Best boss in the series both thematically and gameplay wise. With a fantastic score to boot. From’s magnum opus imo.

Gael is my favorite boss, period. I was maybe 13 when this DLC dropped. I remember my friends and I wanted a brutal challenge, so we went into the DLC blind with our level 500 characters on ng+7 and got our asses absolutely handed to us, we died to Gael so many times that beating him became our life's purpose. This piece legitimately brings a tear to my eye, it actually makes me emotional. All the very fond memories and countless nights playing this with my best friends. It truly was the most fun I've ever had, and I'm proud to call myself a friend of my friends.

I like the part where Gael starts Gaelling after John Darksouls hits him with the griddy. Thank you Dark Souls
