FYI for AE 2022 users: 2:25:42 - the Unified Camera Tool is now split into three Camera Orbit tools. Shift +1 cycles through the tools after you select the Camera tool. Holding Option on Mac or Alt on Windows will change it to the Unified Camera Tool. Pressing C after selecting the Camera tool will cycle through Orbit, Pan, and Dolly.
