Taxpayers moving out, illegals and homeless moving in.
  • From my analysis, people overpaid for homes even while loan rates were low, I believe there will be a housing catastrophe because these people are in debt. If housing costs continue to drop and, for whatever reason, they can no longer afford the property and it goes into foreclosure, they have no equity since, even if they try to sell, they will not make any money. I believe that many individuals will experience this, especially given the impending mass layoffs and rapidly rising living expenses.
  • The best businesses to own in CALIFORNIA and NY are moving, storage, and waste management!

Californians voted for a sociopath, and now they're surprised he's a sociopath. 😂
  • To all the Californians leaving, DON'T vote for the policies that ruined that state. Integrate to the new state's culture, be respectful, and whatever California votes for, vote opposite. Sincerely, A former Californian

California has become a 3rd World country with 1st World prices.

And the funny thing is Gavin Newsom wouldn’t change a thing. That fool actually thinks he has done good for this state.

Taxpayers moving out, illegal aliens moving in. Good luck balancing the budget.
  • I escaped California 12 years ago and would never consider going back! The problem isn’t the prices, it’s the politics.

Born and raised in California. It has become a filthy state.
  • People with resources leaving, people with needs moving in..

$2500 is not "almost double" $1700. "Median" not "Medium". Please employ staff that actually paid attention in high school.

I lived in Southern California, Stevenson Ranch area 8 years ago. At that time, I was paying $2,200 for a small 2 bedroom, 2 bath. Although I was making $80,000 a year, I could not afford to buy a house all those years. I moved to Clearwater Florida and bought a 3 bed/2 bath, huge front and back yard, great neighborhood and have never been happier. My mortgage is less than 900 a month, best decision I ever made...my entire family followed me a few years later, they are just as happy. Never again would I go back to California, with its crime, homelessness and high prices.

People can't afford the crime anymore
  • @HarveyCyrEsq.
Crime and homelessness are to top reasons people are leaving

How many of the 67,000 added are actually legal?
