I live in a state that doesn't have squatter problems it's real simple if you get caught on someone else's property it is illegal trespassing it is breaking and entering and the sheriff's department will not only remove you but they will put you in jail

You buy home spending a ton of money and then someone illegally takes over the property Unbelievable

The delapidated houses should be torn down, therefore, squatters can't move into them. Problem solved.
