They violated their own DEI policy by kicking him out. They did NOT treat his opinion as Diverse, did not treat his opinion as Equal to other opinions and lastly his opinion was not treated as Inclusive, because they kicked him out over his opinion. A clear violation of the 1st Amendment of the, Constitution, Freedom of Speech.
