    Nicely organized advice, Derek. There are so many services for consumers to have and use, connecting with their representatives and KNOWING a bit about the duties and obligations -- as well as the capabilities of the Customer Service representatives -- on the other end can only be a good thing! We have all been in the "Customer position" and some of us have been the Representatives receiving these calls as well. ~

  • My coworker insist on telling people “here is the manager’s contact info. You can be sure to ask him any questions.” I wonder if that second sentence sounds weird to a native speaker because I keep arguing with him it sounds weird. I think it should be “please feel free to ask him any questions.”
