The sense of community is so strong there,I am betting that because of the quality life there that people on average may live longer there !

Hands down...... of all of the videos I've watched over the years..... this one shines!! He has created a magical place with his skills, patience, and most importantly, his imagination. Thanks, ITH, for introducing us to such an interesting man and his little slice of heaven. ๐Ÿ˜Š

It's wonderful when you live around people who want to make the community beautiful. His home is a dream and he is a dreamboat!
  • The owner has done a beautiful job of blending the two structures. Gorgeous property, talented homeowner and beautiful results!

What a lovely, talented man. This tiny and add-on is absolutely dreamy. Feels like a fairy tale on the outside and just like home on the inside. โค
  • Ken you seem like such a great person & the best neighbor ever! Your place is beautiful! Thank you for sharing.
  • I enjoyed this SO much! I call it a tiny home compound where you add a tiny building at a time, connected by screened porches and walkways. Craft studio, potting shed/greenhouse, workshop, storage, my dream. Ken's renovation work is attractive and comfortable and he has nice private spaces. Nice flower boxes too. I can tell how happy Mr Jones is by his face. It's like THIS is what he does this for, to make people happy and give them a peaceful, serene, affordable lifestyle. Listening to stories like Ken's and touring his home makes up for the naysayers and detractors who feel the need to be against ITH. Thanks so much for sharing! It blessed me.

Ken, what a sweet cottage, I really like the whimsical look you have going throughout with all the different colors. You have created a wonderful guest house, making a relaxing place for family and friends when they come to visit. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

I enjoyed this video very much! Ken's does seem like a cottage that has always been there. I liked too, that he touched upon the kind things that Randy has done. I have always gotten the impression that he and Amanda genuinely care and what he had to say just validated it.
  • I've been watching since the old factory this is the best I've seen. I could live so happily in this setup. The porches and house are me thru and thru.

I've been on youtube since 2011. I've been sharing Incredible Tiny Homes since 2015, even before they had a youtube channel themselves. I saw that hobbit house on I think WBIR? Knoxville News Channel and I immediately knew Randy was a genuine good heart and then Amanda too. I love ITH!. I have visited 3 times years ago. Way before they got so big. I even volunteered one day and met Randy and I stand by my word still today; Randy Jones had a vision years ago to help people! ITH is LEGIT!!!
  • Randy and Amanda, I love what Ken has done to his pretty tiny homes. Great job.
  • GREAT job on your home, Ken! I love that you added the breezeway and the area for your daughter. Your grandson is so cute. You also have an awesome dog. I can't wait to see the dock that you build out on golden pond...LOL! ๐Ÿ˜Š

This home is by far my favorite ITH home I have ever seen. โค. Thank you Ken !

I LOVE Ken's home! He's a carpenter with an artist's eye. In addition to his obvious building skills, I love the small, whimsical touches of the pastel colored wainscoting here and there, the Tudoresque wood touches hanging from the ceiling area of the breezeway, and the breezeway, itself. I'd often envisioned doing an L-shaped configuration with two small RJOs, or an RJO and an Incredibox, but wondered how it could match up on the rooflines, but he's done it! My husband and I have been married for over 31 yrs, and early on realized that our TV watching habits are VERY different, plus I'm a big reader, so it's important that we each have a little spot to ourselves, but we don't want to be apart much, so separate dens is perfect. Ken has created a perfect little habitat there, with room even for his daughter and grandson, and on a budget! Great job! Great video! I'm glad you guys are still taking time to feature what can be done with the smaller tiny houses, because I think some of your viewers are thinking that you're only building the big ones now, but that's not the case. There's still plenty at ITH for someone on a tighter budget.๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ˜Š
