WOW! This setup is perfect! One floor living at it's best! I love the idea of no stairs, letting him have the larger bathroom and an entry closet! I'm thinking this is the model I will get for myself😊

I have a paid-for 1500 SF house in Tennessee, but if I didn't.... I almost want this anyways - no yard to worry about, not much to clean. He did a great job designing this and decorating it. Welcome to Tennessee, Tim!

Wow! So tastefully done! He can do a lot of living in that home but he hasn't over crowded it with too many pieces of furniture, etc. It's VERY well organized too. Love it!

This is a beautiful home! He's done a fantastic job. I added beautiful custom plantation wood shutters to 10 big windows in my home and paid close to $10K installed, just a couple years back. They aren't cheap at all, but so worth it! They still look brand new! I think I'll do the same when I get my Tiny Home - not as many oversized windows to worry about! Thank you for sharing!

Oh my goodness! I am 30 minutes from Dunedin & my daughter & her family have lived there (for the 2nd time) since 2017. When I first saw Tim, I thought to myself, I have seen him before. Now I have to share this video with my daughter because she & her husband know so many people in Dunedin. Tim, I love how you have decorated your home & that you are happy there!

Beautiful home. He did a great job not overdoing things. Even tho the size of the coffee table is insane, lol... ❤ (I live in a full-size home & have a 10 CF fridge too - it's plenty big enough for 1-2 people, no problem.)
