The YouTube community has seen its fair share of trolls over the years but few caused as much of an uproar as TamTamPamela. Throughout 2010 and 2011, Pamela uploaded a series of offensive religious rants to her channel that often targeted atheists. Eventually, though she would take things too far and was ran off the platform. This is the story of TamTamPamela.

I think the reason she was still hated by people after coming out as a troll might be because it didn't change much. A lot of the reactions didn't seem like they were from atgeists, but from "normal" christians who were pissed she made christians in general look bad. For this, it doesn't matter if she's serious or trolling.

Her trolling does make me wonder: Praying for Atheists - how does it work? Either God can or can’t help Atheists. If he can, why does he need prayers to do it? Why doesn’t he just “open the eyes” of everyone? Why all the tests? Why play games?

I remember this. I fell for it because my mother had the exact same opinion ("Haiti deserved it because they follow Satan, it's their own fault"), except hers wasn't a joke. One time she started screaming and telling the cashier at Barnes and Noble he was going to hell because they sold books on witchcraft in the corner. The stuff this girl said is mild. You'd be surprised just how extreme people get down in the Bible Belt.

I remember this! I knew immediately she was trolling because I was and am a devout person and this is the kind of sense of humor my friends and I had, given what we were seeing from the older generation. I knew that someone my own age saying this couldn’t be real. She made me laugh my head off with the arguments against atheism. Lol

I've never understood trolls who get caught or bite off more then they chew and try to back out of it. It's like...you piss people off on purpose, what did you think was gonna happen? You poked a bear and expected not to get hurt?
