    I've become a convert over the last year or so.  What I have noticed, and I think it's important, is the more you eat a carb rich diet- especially sugar- the less you enjoy eating vegetables. When you wean yourself off that then your tastes totally change. If you do a water fast for example, and don't eat for 3 days or more, it isn't anything sweet you get cravings for it's vegetables. It's hard to believe it's going to happen but it does. I think a lot of people- and kids especially- have their tastes changed because they eat too much sugar and it's even worse if you drink soda with a meal or put ketchup on it.     Hello Dr. Ekburg I love vegetables I have been eating them since I was little, with rice, fresh water fish, shrimp, shellfish oyster, and more..! We eat veggies every day…! I still do eating vegetables everyday not as much as I like to though now. My body need fibers..!

    Extra virgin olive oil, moderate exercise like walking at your pace, no stress, eating lots of vegetables that are organic and seasonal, organic free range eggs, garlic and onions , intermittent fasting, organic honey for people older than 1 years old and not allergic to bee products, kefir yoghurt, being happy will help you live longer, this is my opinion.
